There is some evidence that collagen supplements can work to make you produce more collagen. So yeah, in your 20s, I would say sunscreen, maybe antioxidants. If you are starting to see wrinkles, then now would be a perfect time to introduce the rational. Maybe a vitamin C product as well and keep on with the sunscreen. As you get older, if you start younger with these products, you should see, I guess, compounding effects as you get older.
