Russia's Resources May Stay in the Ground, but There's a Twist

Oxana: Russia only had maybe 20 years to make hay while the sun shines. There was also going to be a new gas pipe line crossing thousands of kilometers from the siberian tundra through the gobi desert to china. But since then, we haven't really seen any l and g plants being constructed on the surface. These disruptions sound good for the climate. We'll have to wait and see what that means for the world's omissions.
