I would say for the first month, probably post once or twice a day and experiment with polls questions to your audience. You want to make that interaction with your audience valuable. It should not be used as a promotional tool. Take a snippet from that video and turn into a question or a useful piece of advice. Have that content stand on its own two feet, even if it is just a community post.
