How Do You Build a Company That Lasts?
Di, the state of the company now is really great. It took a painstaking four or five years to get the right people in place. I'm so what we're doing, i'm conservative,. What we're doing is we're building a company that will last. We gave an inflation raise and everything last year. And but we're not like blowing things out of the water, paying ridiculous amounts because we have to have these people.
