How to Have a Successful Customer Engagement

The main benefit that we notice straight away is just the efficiency gain and the reliability of whatever's being built. People are often, you know, they're doing something a very long manual way. We never see the insight gain that comes from them, but just the speed with which they can then run the reports. For example, had a client where at month end in that critical time, they would click a refresh reports button and the report would take one hour to update after they posted a journal. Just different, right, just a different scale of what's possible now.
