The Importance of Interior Integration for Catholics

I like what you just said there because if Christ is is the epitome of the perfect example of really self leadership self governance, and he can, he can decide. And that's, that's what we're looking for in souls and hearts that's why we call it interior integration for Catholics. It's a big concept for St Thomas Aquinas this idea of internal unity so that we can again, be able to bring forth the goodness of all of our parts. Sometimes it troubles me in certain IFS circles because it can kind of seem like we're supposed to relate to other people, you know, from the inner and all the parts should be over with.
