The Importance of a Graphical Desktop Environment in Server Distributions
22.04 is almost unusable on AST light speed hardware, which is pretty much every server that you can buy. You should not be shipping a long term support release of a server grade operating system that no server in the world will perform okay with. The only thing that's keeping me particularly enamored of Ubuntu over Debian was canonical's decision to really throw their hat in the ring with ZFS support.
