The Rise of Non-Stainless Steel Kegs

The first time i saw anything that wasn't stainless for a keg was at house of pen dragon before their taproom here in clovis closed. tommy was kegging in these six stools that were made of a black plastic sort of thing and i'm not entirely sure what exactly it is but it looked like rubber right because it's black. They're super strong way light way lighter than a stainless steel keg but i drank a lot of beer out of those and i never noticed any issues so it said to me that obviously commercial brewers of of worth are going to be minding their oxidation or their packaging process to reduce oxidation.
