The T Shape Strategy to Building Great Businesses

Grain is a tool for small teams. It's designed to be horizontal, we don't want to be a verticalized solution. The long tail of solving those problems is how you build great businesses and you have to make choices. As the times gone on with grain, we've just gotten more and more narrow. I would say we describe our strategy now as a T shape strategy.
