Fookes hands him forty pages of notes in a plain envelope tucked within his newspaper. They're written on a piece of cigarette paper, so that folks can swallow it if stopped. The russians are particularly interested in any new development with the hydrogen bomb. It would recreate the same chain reaction that powers stars. There would be no innate limit on the bomb's size.
