Solo 401k Versus SEP IRA?

Sally Kohn: 401k, you can do so many more things that you cannot do with a SEP IRA. She says the solo 401k actually gives you a head start of 22,000 steps. The reason why I like it is simply the deferral slash match because when you do a SEP, you're really only putting away about 20%, 25%, 25% but there's a 20% deduction issue.
