Expose Yourself to the Things That Make You Anxious

If you expose yourself to the thing that makes you anxious, maybe the anxiety goes to four out of ten. So i've had experiences where i've done a lot of exposure therapy and eventually i did interact with people, and i was able to do it. But if i went through periods of not exposing myself to the things that that would make me anxious, i just became withdrawn. The true test is when a dog walks by you. How can you possibly know you've overcome your anxiety if you don't face it? And so there has to be this sort of testing mechanism in place. It's a really good test of that. We all need to learn ways to communicate with our friend
