ECMO and eCLS in TTM

In terms of takeaway again no negative trial I think as Jan said we don't have a definitive answer but there is definitely a lot of promise in terms of eCPR benefiting subgroups of patients. In TTM maybe we'll hear a bit about CO2 changes and neurologic outcome so when there is you know very brisk changes in CO2 and oxygenation parameters on eCLS how that's going to impact our neurologic outcomes is very important for us to consider. implementation of this trial takes very in-depth and thoughtful consideration of unique geographic and logistical constraints which proposes very unique challenges.
