Cplus Plus Copying Behavior
In python, i can make a change too my copy, and the original one is also changed. In cepus plus you may end up inadvertently making expensive copies of something you hadn't expected to be making a copy of at all. So russ wants to leave the programme in control of the performance of their programme. And so it doesn't use a garbs collector um. It doesn't want to do the copies that sepas pus does.
