How to Be a Tester and Builder

A tester would be an exercise that I use from about three different camera angles and I'm looking for technical deficiencies or where I fail. What I need to focus on the building exercises are ones I throw in just to try. A testing exercise is letting you get an idea of where you're at with that competition exercise without actually having to do it. It's probably going to make me weaker but it's making me stronger in a way that the compound movement in and of itself is not going to accomplish.
