The Impossible Job of a Site Director
I was aware of maybe 5% that I was aware of. See, that's really low. Yeah, but that was a remote type monitor end. We're still small enough e-moclang-o-trail. We have maybe eight studies right now where I could be CC'd on all these things. And if my coordinators are dropping the ball, I want to know right away not to blame them, but maybe they're overworked or maybe they haven't been trained on that. So that's my job to make sure that they're able to handle their work and they're competent to handling their work. It sounds really easy, but it's actually all impossible.
