Gratitude Isn't All Warm and Fussy

Writing a gratitude letter can be one of the most beneficial forms of gratitude. Gratitude can help us build our relationships, regulate stress,. improve our sleev quality, build self esteem and make us happier. But i do want to warn that tude isn't necessarily all warm and fuzzy. You may discover that you feel indebted to some one for helping you. These emotions may be uncomfortable, but as with many challenging endeavors, the rewards are well worth it. Thanks for sticking with me all the way to the end.
