How to Bring a Vulnerabilty to Work
i had the additional mental model, not unfounded, that as a woman, it was especially important for nobody to see me is weak. And i gotten very good at it, but in the meantime, nobody saw me as human. And after a while, that wasn't serving me very well. I'm leaving half of myself in the parking lawn every day when i come to work. So unless they can figure out how to connect to someone else, i think they're limited in how far they're going to get in their success.
