The Productivity Paradox
We've had more digital tools than ever before, but are you really that much more productive? I mean, we can now do things digitally, but when you type a letter or an email, it takes us almost as much time as it did when we're using old mechanical typewriters. But I think we can now really see a productivity shift. And I think we've seen that in 30 years in blue collar workers. I think we're now going to see this massively in white collar jobs. That productivity shift is going to create opportunities.
