The idea of these like short term timelines and longer term timelines is such a, it's so insightful to look at it like that. One really important aspect of this is that you can't push value into people's lives. You can't say, hey, I just did a did a big revamp of OU X and now it's inherently more valuable than before. It's really something value is a pull thing where people are better off or not determined by the person who's the beneficiary of the thing rather than the creator of the thing. And even in the case of an example like if we really zoom out and say, organizational change is the outcome that we're really gunning for that
