Memetic Warfare Is Asymmetrical

Memetic warfare is a symmetrical as low cost investment on the part of the audience. This stuff has historical roots in old school analogue propaganda. Of course, we can assume that most meams are just things people think are funny and send to their friends. But you have to watch out. There are wolves in the flock here, and they are disguised just like the sheep. So this warfare is also psychological, and it can be enormously effective because it is so often underestimated.
