Databricks and the Direct Lake Connection in a Fabric Environment
When you're using some process, it doesn't have to be spark notebooks inside the workspace. You could use Databricks or some other tool to write Delta tables into the one lake. So if that turns on and you have a one lake endpoint, well, why not fill up that one lake with another tool connect power BI with direct lake into that file and then just turn off fabric? I think what's happening is when you do a V order sort in, in, in Databricks, you can say, I want these three columns to be Z order sorted. And so basically a group's similar objects together and tries to make bundles of those in, in the files below.
