The Lights Aren't Working - It's All in One Corner

Robbie Farenbaugh has lived in Panama City, Florida for over 30 years. One of Robbie and her partner Ellen's favorite things to do in the evening is to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. But one night they turn the deck lights on and they weren't working. "Now this is getting kind of creepy," says Robbie.
