How to Improve Email Response Rates
If you use adjectives in your subject line, that's going to hurt your chance of getting a response and an open. The other one that I didn't actually include was commands. So we're not saying improve email reply rates by X% to get better blah, blah, blah,. What do we do instead? You write like two words that speak to the subject of the message.
