I think we're not even at the point where we can sensibly think about that. We really actually don't know from a subjective standpoint, like, what people really think is fair. There's very little literature on showing people models and asking them, do they understand what the model is doing? I think that in all these topics, as these fields mature, we need to start doing more behavioral work.
