Wings has only been operating for a few months. The soft way used by wings, both by the customers and the riders in restaurants, is provided for free by an international federation called coop cycle. Most of their funding so far has come from local government. They might even struggle to survive in a market as fierce as this. And it's currently possible to order from a handful of restaurants and takeaways in a small part of london. But riches hopeful they'll be able to expand soon. This week we've gone up from two days a week to four - but i'm hoping by the end of 20 days there will be about 100 riders. And what i look forward to imagining
