The Positive and Negative View of Crypto Policy in Washington
Tyler O'Brien: Time elapsed has had a problem in terms of, sort of, overall sentiment for crypto policy in Washington. He says it's just, in Washington, things get airspace and if it's not front and center above the fold, it's hard for it to get airspace. "I think that we're in a precarious moment because other XUS jurisdictions have taken more of a forceful lead," he says. 'We don't need to be the world's leader in crypto because he equates it to cocaine production,' Brad Sherman adds.
