The Disappointment of Peer Review in Physical Therapy

The last error here is focusing on within group rather than between group results. I still don't think there's a single journal in the physiotherapy world that will accept a preprint. You always have to compare to the control group. So this is one where people get a little tricky. And it looks better if you look at the way they always looks better in the within group comparison than the between group comparison. Well, and we can't really say anything about the mechanism of why those studies got rejected.
