GoDaddy was obviously the sleaziest of the sleazy in terms of both still are getting but also like you have to click no thanks to eight different offers. They will say oh it's twenty bucks to register this domain name and then there's like a tiny little asterisk that says renews at three times a price so some of them are like a couple bucks more it will renew at instead of you pay seven. You're buying something that doesn't even exist before you buy it. The reason why sometimes these registrars don't offer all the TLDs is because they couldn't reach an agreement with whoever owns that.
In this Hasty Treat, Scott and Wes talk about where you should register a domain name, explain DNS, and the process for moving a domain from one registrar to another.
