The Importance of Personal Branding
Personal branding is not an exercise in overt selling. It will drive results, but it's a very subtle difference. The first thing you look at is your credibility. And what are your passions? What are your interests? We have a process to do that. But today the easiest way to do it is to say this: What do people say about me when I'm not in the room? That's the first step. Once you know, then you need a plan to figure out how move that need to be done.
