What Is the Composition of the Universe?
An observatory called ligo detected ripples in space time produced by the collisions between two neutron stars. They alerted various optical telescopes around the world, who then swung and pointed at the point of the sky where this signal had come from. And what they detected was the tell tale characteristic signature of huge quantities of gold being made.
