Some Asian cultures do not like out of respect, they don't look at people in the eye. Some studies show that people maintain more eye contact when they're lying. This is a huge thing that people believe and we use body language to detect deception. But even if I've been talking for 10 minutes and you lose complete eye contact, or you start giving me more, it doesn't mean you're lying.
