We were the junk food of the African savannah. Everything wanted to eat us. And most of our fossil records show that everything ate us. The thing that helped us survive was that we worked as a hive mind more than anything else and that we were allo parented. A mom and dad were around that infant 24 hours a day, seven days a week for at least seven years. We haven't been like that in 10,000 years or more. That's completely opposite to what we got going on today. What a disaster. It can't get fixed with thinking. If we do not start to regulate our infants, how much we need to learn the skill of co-regulation
