The Importance of Incentives in Academic Performance

Study: You can incentivize as they put at the inputs, but you can't incentivize the outputs. This goes back to a delay of gratification. There is something about a reward being removed in time that bleaches its power. Washington has gotten cynical to the point where this hoarding versus using question is unfortunately much more relevant than I wish it were.
