The Best Home Run Derby in Baseball

I want to see someone play baseball with like the Palace of the Fine Arts behind them in San Francisco. And I think just having splashdowns be a feature of many balls would be fun. Not saying like every day, there'd be some pretty extreme park effects. But as a one off, I think that would be a pretty fascinating setting. Could we play baseball at Red Rocks in Colorado? Like, again, not a regulation field, also not a city necessarily,. These would be picturesque backdrops at the very least.
