The Art of Listening in Relationships

Perhaps you’ve voiced the complaint: “I just don’t feel heard!?” We all crave the connection that comes from at least one person giving us a listening ear. This kind of deep listening—healthy listening—is a skill. What are the things required to be a good listener? How do we listen in a way that enhances connection with the people we love?
