General Moc's Mistakes Against Napoleon

The brilliant and revolutionary nature of this campaign was somewhat overshadowed by the incompetence of general mock. He would go down in history as nothing more than a big talking charlatan. In my opinion, he is probably the worst general ever to face napoleon. Many of his bad decisions are totally baffling. They don't only seem wrong in hindsight, they seem wrong in the moment. I think the real blame for this disaster lies with the emperor and the hapsburg leadership for allowing themselves to be seduced by a big talk promising a quick and easy solution to a very thorny problem.
