Is Rust Really Functional?
Rust was initially implemented in OCaml and a lot of the... What? Yeah. It has adopted like the error types basically like the, it's idiomatic Rust uses, you know, the option type and errors. So like, stood expected and stood optional in C++ are the idiomatic way to program in Rust. Anyways, I'm not going to say more about it, but the point is Rust extremely functional. And there's a quote by his Twitter handle is like, R-O-E-S-C-H. He heard him say though once that a lot of people view Rust as like the love child of Haskell and C ++.
