Does the Supreme Court Use the Twitter Case as an Off-Ramp to Sidestep Section 230?
I didn't get a clear partisan divide on any of the oral arguments. It really did seem that each justice was in their own space. A lot of the speech-related cases basically put the partisan alignment in a blender. So, I didn't see the partisan divide, obviously. What the justices use the Twitter case as a potential off-ramp to sidestep any tricky Section 230 issues? Justice Amy Coney Barrett suggested that in Google arguments on Tuesday.
