Lizcan you just tell me a little bit about why this approach? Why do you bring in visuals and some, it's a very poignant instergram account. And molly, i'm going to come to you next, cause i do want to set a little more context. So we're going to be talking about emotions at work. I just want to acknowledge contex matters. Not everybody has the same contexts by which they can bring emotions into the work place.
