The Pandemic and Worker's Actions

Contestation over the length of the working day was at the historic heart of the emergence of the labor movement, but really fell out of collective bargaining and working class struggle in general. I want to drill in a little bit more on the pendemic itself and its lingering consequences for workers actions. How do you see the relationship between the pandemic and workers kind of lashing back?
