What's the Rlib Store for Rust Doc?
Rust Doc is an old tool. It's older than Clippy it's older than Rust format. The original maintainer left the project 10 years ago. And so there wasn't a lot of institutional knowledge on how it worked. When features were added it was kind of done ad hoc and like each feature was unique and did things in a different way. So understanding one didn't necessarily help you understand the others.
