Train Fasted or Feeded?

I don't do any kind of formal intermittent fasting but typically my meal schedule somewhere between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. I personally prefer to do my cardiovascular work not having eaten anything in the previous three to ten hours. We haven't talked so much about flexibility yet, but we did an entire episode of the Huberman Lab podcast on flexibility.
