Is Standardization Really Useful for Assessing Children?

Standardization is useful for assessing those people who are kind of in the middle of this, but they're not good at the top end. So it is worth considering that, I say, standard assessments, pretty good in the middle. The adaptive tests are slightly better, but even then, for the extreme this ends of the distribution, this assessment, so you need to consider what we're doing with that. And the other thing I'm concerned about is the how the company that provided tests, how they have the sample on which they've standardized it and when was it last standardized?
