The Survival Research Labs

The residents were the band of this event. They just said, how about having this whistle go off at 140 decibels? And you can imagine neighbors, no one was within a block, but neighbors two blocks away would instantly call the police and say, there's a bombing going on over here. Anybody that saw survival research labs or the residents knew they were seeing something they would never see again. The Department of Defense has used some of the stuff they built.
