How Do You Deal With Manipulation?

I think there's a part of us sometimes that likes to feel like we're needed or then when somebody else asks us a question, we think, Oh, yeah, I can weigh in on that. So I like that sets and limits on what you're willing to offer advice on and what you're able to talk about. How do you deal with people who try to manipulate you into changing your mind when you set a boundary? The first thing is to really work on understanding what manipulation is because the biggest issue is we have no clue we're being manipulated.
