The Pressure to Be a Good Pastor
The last few years have seen a lot of pressure on pastors. They're confronted with having to think about, excuse me, what others think of them and their decisions they're going to make. I can remember in the early part of the 2016 election, I gave some example about anxiety. All of a sudden now there's all this additional weight over what it means to please people. We're being told that you're no longer a faithful pastor if you just stick to the text.
