Prosecutors argue that instead of waiting for EMS, Toow should have somehow checked that woman's credentials and then let her save George Floyd. During Derek Chauvin's trial, a park police officer who was at the scene testified that the crowd was becoming aggressive to the point that he was worried about the officer's safety.
