Ricardo Semla: A Brazilian's Guide to Remote Working
The book is by Ricardo Semla, who's Brazilian. He took over his father's company in the 80s and made substantial changes. The employees could actually set their own salary. It went about 600% in period of like five or six years. That's pretty cool. I need to add that to my summer reading list.
