The Slow Donning of the Universal Library

All the books have not been digitized yet. It may be another many years before people understand slowly that they get more value out of things when they're shared than when they're hoarded. And I think there also might be some legislation where people, people, where agencies, countries decide that the public good demands a certain level of easy access to literature.
